We will start with proper file format, dive into orientation and support structures, display setting up the machine, provide information on powder and leveling the build plate, and finish with the clean-up procedure, part removal from build plate, post processing, and the final inspection of the completed part.

About Tie Siemers

 

 

Tie holds 18 years of experience with the Federal Government at DoD facilities as a Mechanical Design Engineer. At Phillips Federal, Tie is a certified EOS Additive Minds Application Engineer and provides a range of additive manufacturing services. In the past, Tie helped design and manufacture a new atomic clock using rubidium atoms while at the US Naval Observatory.
