Federal Data Strategy and Management Workshop

The purpose of this workshop is to provide senior-level executives with a framework and set of actionable steps to understand and assess the data maturity of their organization.  By leveraging the Federal Government Data Maturity Model (FGDMM), attendees will engage in "hands-on" exercises to articulate a data strategy and roadmap for their agency.  

If your agency is just getting started, or if your organization has a strategy, but is struggling to prioritize which areas to focus on first, this workshop is designed to help work through these opportunities. Utilizing real world examples from federal leaders responsible for managing data strategies and programs for their organization, this workshop is designed to be actionable with key insights for you to take back to your agency.​

By attending this workshop, you will be able to:

• Assess the maturity of your organization's data maturity
• Create a draft of a data strategy (with guiding principles)
• Begin to articulate a data management/strategy roadmap
• Discuss approaches to prioritizing data initiatives in pursuit of fulfilling your mission objectives
