How to Not Lose Your Shirt When Pricing Your Projects (Wednesday Workshop)

The Government Contractors Association is a professional, public organization designed to facilitate business owners in winning government contracts through education, resources, and relationships.

In April, we will feature a workshop series entitled “Know Your Numbers” where business owners will work on their business’s financial status. This second class will be taught by Richard Brooks, CFO of the Government Contractors Association (GCA). Knowing how to prepare pricing proposals is key to the survival of your company. Richard will provide helpful tips & guidance on managing your margins and how overhead pricing should be calculated.
