In response to President Obama’s recent directive that government agencies do a better job of opening doors to small business, those agencies have posted over 900 new Sources Sought opportunities on FedBizOpps since February 1.  The savvy business person will take the time to review these opportunities, identify those that are a good fit for his/her company and respond accordingly.  But how do you do that?  How do you effectively respond to a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) or Request For Information (RFI) and make your company stand out from the crowd?
