Writing a Successful Business Plan Intensive Series - Prince George's County (evening workshop)
A business plan is a road map to steer your business in the right direction and an esential component of success. It is also the key to securing funding from banks and investors. Receive personalized guidance in writing a buisness plan for your business during this six-week intensive series. You will finish the series with a complete business plan in hand to guide you through the growth of your business.
Course topics include: Busines Introduction and Description; Market Analysis Segmentation/Targeting; Competitive Advantage & Description of Offering; Marketing Plan, Selling Model, & Product Launch; Operations and Organization, and Financial Analysis & Sales Projections.
To finish the business plan in the six weeks allotted, students are expected to complete assigned tasks in the classroom, complete homework assignments, come to class prepared, and ask for help when needed. A laptop or tablet computer is not necessary, but helpful to have in class.
The session runs February 5-March 11 and you'll meet once a week from 5:30-8:00 pm at our Prince George's County location. Series fee of $199 includes materials and must be paid in full prior to start of class. No walk-ins for this series.
