Change Orders and Equitable Adjustments in Government Contracts - Do's and Don'ts Webinar

This event qualifies for 5 CLPs

You win the contract, and things are going along great…until they aren’t.  This program deals with two of the most important issues in contract performance: changes and equitable adjustments.  Taught by an experienced government contracts attorney, this program deals with:

  • How the government issues change orders, both formal and constructive;
  • What can the government change, and what is outside the scope of the contract;
  • Bi-lateral and unilateral changes, and the obligation to keep working (even when you are not getting paid);
  • How to get paid for changed work, particularly when the government refuses to issue a formal change order;
  • Subcontractor issues; and
  • How the disputes process really works
