2011 Government Summit



The Security Industry Association’s Government Summit and Public Policy Dinner is the premier public policy conference in the security industry, an event that provides participants with exclusive information about legislation and regulations that are important to the security sector.

This year’s Summit, scheduled for June 21-22 at the Phoenix Park Hotel in Washington, D.C., will feature two of the nation’s leading political commentators - Bill Kristol and Bill Press - as well as Command Consulting Group founder Ralph Basham, who has served as commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, director of the U.S. Secret Service and chief of staff of the Transportation Security Administration. In addition, experts from federal agencies and congressional offices will deliver informative, high-impact presentations about subjects that can have an impact on your company. This year’s topics include HSPD-12, aviation security, biometrics and employee verification, the Federal Cloud Computing Initiative, homeland security funding and more.
