Ninth Annual TechAmerica Foundation Technology and Government Dinner

On June 15, 2011, TechAmerica Foundation will host its Ninth Annual Technology and Government Dinner at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington DC. The dinner is the premier Washington, DC technology networking event bringing hundreds of tech industry, congressional, and government leaders together at one venue to celebrate the partnership between industry and government.

In past years, attendees have joined TechAmerica Foundation (then AeA) for the sold-out event to hear keynote addresses from top industry leader executives. Additionally last year, TechAmerica Foundation’s Government Executive of the Year also provided a keynote.

Program

The evening begins with a cocktail reception and networking. Formal evening festivities begin with dinner where TechAmerica Foundation will present winners of the American Technology Awards, which bestows the only “Best Of” awards recognizing all technology products and services for the technology industry. Nominations for The American Technology Awards are vetted by industry experts and technology companies.

Following the awards presentation, Bill McDermott, Co-CEO, SAP AG, Chairman, SAP America, Inc. will make a keynote presentation, including a presentation by the 2011 Government Technology Executive of the Year Award, Vivek Kundra, Federal CIO.
