July 7th - Deploying and Managing Kubernetes with Tanzu Mission Control

Run your Kubernetes workloads anywhere—with full support for hybrid and multi-cloud. Run Kubernetes in production at scale under consistent management with a strong security posture. Benefit from the innovation and support of a global open-source community leveraging integrated, open-source technologies.

July 8th - VMware vCloud Foundation

Learn how organizations are modernizing with hyper converged infrastructure.

VMware Cloud Foundation 4 is a Hybrid Cloud Platform that accelerates development of modern applications and automates the deployment and lifecycle management of complex Kubernetes environments alongside mission critical enterprise applications. Now available with integrated container orchestration.

July 9th - NSX-T as a Security Fabric for Containers

Provide integrated, full-stack networking and security for your containerized apps and microservices, just like your VMs. Leverage native container networking for Kubernetes, micro-segmentation, and end-to-end observability for microservices.  You will see how to create objects in NSX using k8s manifests like ingress route control, firewall rules, and see the IDS monitoring traffic.

July 14th – Carbon Black How to Operationalize Application Control

Application Control is the #1 suggested cyber mitigation strategy on the NSA’s Information Assurance Top 10 and is #2 on the SANS Top 20 Critical Security Controls. Application Control has proven to be the most powerful way to keep attackers off your endpoints, yet so many teams struggle to reach a high-enforcement state.

VMware Carbon Black has helped thousands of organizations successfully deploy application control into their environments, and along the way we’ve developed a set of proven strategies and leading technology solutions to ensure success. In this webinar, we’ll share some of our best-practices to ensure successful application control deployments and review how Carbon Black’s unique trust-based approach can greatly simplify the process of achieving high enforcement.

July 16th – Disaster Recovery in the Software Defined Datacenter using vSAN and SRM

VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) is a disaster recovery and business continuity solution from the VMware, which automates the transfer of virtual machines to a local or remote recovery site. SRM works perfectly with the existing vSphere software and it operates as an extension of vCenter server.

July 21st – AVI Networks: The Advanced NSX Load Balancer

Avi Networks provides software-defined Load Balancing at its core. Complementing the core service is a plethora of mouthwatering services and features. Surely the reason Avi was acquired by VMware on July 11th 2019. Rebranded as the NSX Advanced Load Balancer. Some of the features include application analytics, predictive autoscaling, micro-segmentation and WAF (Web Application Firewall) all this and on both cloud and on-prem. The Load Balancer for any platform!

July 23rd  - XaaS Self-Service with vRealize Orchestrator

vRealize® Orchestrator™ is a workflow automation solution designed to simplify the automation of complex IT tasks. It integrates seamlessly with VMwarevRealize Suite and VMware vRealize Automation™. Learn how to create anything as a Service (XaaS) for end user self-service.

July 28th – Zero Trust Architecture

NIST defines Zero trust refer as an evolving set of network security paradigms that narrows defenses from wide network perimeters to individual resources. Its focus on protecting resources rather than network segments is a response to enterprise trends that include remote users and cloud-based assets that are not located within an enterprise-owned network boundary.  Come learn how VMware is helping organizations move to this new paradigm.
