Lori Gillen, Director of SBA

Lori Gillen has spent her career in economic development working with government, non-profit organizations, and the entrepreneurial sector to advance policies and strategies that create jobs and revitalize communities. In her current role as Director for the federal HUBZone Program at SBA, Lori leads a team of professionals dedicated to assisting small businesses in historically underutilized business communities gain access to the federal marketplace. 

 

Bruce Purdy, Deputy Director

Bruce Purdy serves as the Deputy Director for the HUBZone Program at the U.S. Small Business Administration, which helps small businesses in Historically Underutilized Business Zones gain access to federal procurement opportunities. Purdy most recently served as the Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Small Business Development Centers, where he oversaw the $130 million Small Business Development Center Program.
