The last few months have altered work in ways never before imagined. Conference rooms are now conference calls, and the “new normal” is still being defined. According to OPM’s most recent telework report to Congress, only 22% of government employees had adopted telework as part of their regular work week prior to the pandemic.
Telework and flexible work schedules are in the toolbox to ensure the health and safety of government employees as agencies transition to re-open their doors. Remote work across government requires the use of technology to establish virtual teams, distance work, and collaborative tools to meet agency missions and effectively serve the citizen.
This webinar will explore how government agencies simplified the technological challenges in their telework strategy during the pandemic.
