Distinguished Military Candidate Hiring Conference - Jacksonville, FL

This special Orion Hiring Conference, with the support of the Navy Command, will present an unmatched line-up of Naval Technicians and Officers transitioning from Active Duty bases within the Eastern US within the next four months.

Our Candidates:

Junior Military Officers:

• Ideal for positions in leadership, technical sales, project management, engineering, and operations management
• The Junior Military Officers at this event will include Navy Nuclear Officers, Navy Engineers, and Surface Warfare Officers, and JMOs from the Army, USMC, and USAF.
• The work experience of a JMO far exceeds that of their peers. By age 25 they have already led teams of 40 to 200 people and have managed multi-million dollar projects.

Distinguished Military Technicians:

• Ideal for positions in electronics, technical, and mechanical fields.
• The Distinguished Naval Technicians at this event will include Nuclear Electricians, Nuclear Electronics Technicians, Nuclear Mechanics as well as Navy Technical NCOs with Bachelor's degrees seeking Technical Management positions.
• Technicians with distinguished certifications and experience, including Engineering Supervisors, Maintenance Supervisors, and Plant Watch Supervisors.

Jacksonville Distinguished Military Talent Hiring Hiring Conference Includes:

• Company Presentations - A 30 minute block of time will be available the afternoon of Sunday, July 13th from 12:00-6:00PM. This is to familiarize the candidates with your company and the positions for which they will be interviewing (highly recommended, but not required).
• One-on-One Interviews - Private and professional interview setting at the hotel with pre-screened, qualified, and suitably matched officers recruited specifically for your hiring needs. Interviews will be held in the living room portion of your suite, on Monday, July 14th from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Customized Service - Personalized attention to ensure your success. Our customer service includes insight on the candidates throughout the hiring process, and advice on setting the most effective hiring plans and strategy. Our goal is that within 14 days of the conference our candidates will have completed the hiring process and accepted your offers.

Participation Costs:

• Hotel room in which interviews will be held ($150/night, plus tax), including late checkout.
• Hiring fee (applicable only upon hiring). Previously negotiated contract rate.
