Is your schedule not meeting minimum sales criteria? Are you worried about not meeting your minimum sales requirements?


This webinar will assist participants to determine if their contract is in non-compliance, and if next steps are warranted. When you sign up for a GSA schedule, you are agreeing to Clause I-FSS-639 (Contract sales Criteria) that states you will seek to meet the minimum sales criteria for suppliers with GSA contracts. By failing to meet this requirement, GSA may cancel the contract in accordance with clause 552.238-73.
