Dcode Virtual: End of Year Strategy

Lisa Gaisford is the GovHub Managing Director at Dcode, where she leads the company’s work with the government innovation community to drive commercial innovation in the federal market.  Lisa has more than 20 years of experience providing policy, resource, acquisition, and program guidance to senior executives in government services markets. Lisa spent 12 years as a federal employee working with defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies to improve technology acquisition processes. Lisa was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where she worked on pricing strategy, competitive intelligence, and engagement economics across the government and public sector practice. Lisa has supported several large system integrators with requirements definition, client delivery, and business development, and she is a former OMB examiner, well versed in appropriations law, technical budget concepts, and performance evaluation. 

Meg Vorland is the cofounder and Chief Strategy Officer at Dcode, where she oversees core business functions, strategy, and expansion into new markets, ensuring that operations and products are ready to scale. Meg joined Dcode as part of the founding team in 2016 and brings a strong focus on business leadership and growth. 

Meg has an MBA from Darden and previously served in the Obama Administration as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Meg's valuable experience working at tech startups has shaped Dcode's accelerator, and she has been working in the federal technology space for most of her career.
