AES Compliance Seminar and AES PcLink Training

AES Compliance Seminar

Atlanta, GA – October 26 & 27, 2011

It is imperative that you understand the new requirements of the Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR) and how to avoid possible penalties and seizure of your commodities. The Census Bureau now requires mandatory filing of export information through the Automated Export System (AES) or through the AESDirect, and imposes significant penalties for noncompliance.
