Build Your Compliance Manual Workshop - Part I and II

This innovative, hands-on workshop addresses the needs of companies that are already familiar with the basics of compliance and are looking to develop a compliance manual and specific compliance procedures that incorporate the company’s compliance policy.  

The first part will involve development of guidelines for putting together a company compliance manual, with case studies from compliance practitioners. The companies that participate in the seminar will receive an outline of an export compliance manual that they will be able to use to create or revise their company’s internal compliance manual. Participant(s) from each company will then have about four weeks to develop an outline and create a basic structure of a compliance manual and submit it for review.

The second part of the workshop will feature brief presentations by the participants and a critique by a panel of compliance experts from well-known New England companies. As a result, participants will walk away with a workable outline that will serve as a model for their company’s compliance manual.  

Participation is limited to 15 companies (one or two people per company may attend for single price listed).
