Compliance Alliance Networking Briefing: Denied Party Screening and Compliance Automation

Compliance Alliance Networking Briefing:

Denied Party Screening & Export Compliance Automation

Denied party screening is a necessary but challenging process for exporters, with numerous government agencies maintaining multiple lists, each with its own purpose.  The screening process is further complicated by the dynamic nature of these lists, forcing many exporters to screen on multiple occasions as part of their order processing SOPs.

This program will discuss best practices for denied party screening, including procedures and automation solutions for streamlining the compliance process.  The program will also outline how the federal government’s export control reform efforts are expected to affect denied party monitoring and tracking, and how this will ultimately impact exporters’ denied party screening practices.
