Ongoing Campaign Ads Pushes Struggling Unemployed to Attend FREE Work Related Seminar.

Fort Lauderdale, FL, October 22, 2011, 12:00 am to 4:00 p.m. – D. J. McVIS, Inc. (McVIS), launches a bid for the unemployed to attend work related seminar to assist them to be employed.  The campaign aims to educate participants and increase awareness of skills required by employers.

According to United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Southeast information Office, published Thursday, August 4, 2011. 

“Industry employment”

In the Miami metropolitan area, the leisure and hospitality supersector experienced the largest employment increase, up 14,000 or 5.6 percent from June a year ago.  Nationally, this industry grew only 1.7 percent over the 12-month period. Leisure and hospitality was the only supersector in the Miami area with a rate of job growth that exceeded its industry average.

Locally, the next largest increase in jobs occurred in professional and business services (7,100), followed by education and health services (5,400). The expansion of professional and business services jobs in June 2011 was concentrated in the Miami metropolitan division.

This shows that there are jobs available, therefore if we are unemployed, we should try to get one.
