Fort Shafter Vendor Fair
The Fort Shafter Expo will kick off the week-long Hawaii Expo Series, traveling to five military bases in five days. Fort Shafter is the focal point for command, control, and support of Army forces in the Asia-Pacific region. This post houses the senior Army headquarters leadership in Hawaii and is home to the headquarters of the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC).
This expo is being coordinated with the 516th Signal Brigade. FBC will also invite Information Management Officers' and IT personnel from Tripler Army Medical Center, and the Army Reserve Center at Shafter Flats. Tripler is the largest military medical treatment facility in the Pacific Basin.
2011 Attendance: Over 250 personnel attended this expo from HQ US Army Pacific (USARPAC), USARPAC G6, 311th Signal Battalion, 30th Signal Battalion, 516th Signal Brigade, 4th Signal Brigade, RCERT-Pacific, 8th Theater Sustainment Command, SPAWAR, US Army Corps of Engineers, Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii Army National Guard and more.
Attendee Info: All interested Fort Shafter personnel are invited to attend this one day, multi-vendor expo on Friday, February 27, 2012 taking place at Club Hale Ikena on Fort Shafter. There is no fee to attend and exhibits will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
