2022 ICIT Spring Briefing | Playing to Win: Using Strategy to Create Your Cybersecurity Battle Plan
Shift Your Organization's Strategy
into Actionable Game Plans
This Briefing is Co-Chaired by ICIT and MFGS, Inc. an ICIT Fellow Program Member.
Securing our national security and critical infrastructures requires innovation and savvy leadership. Strategic planning transcends conceptual planning to provide organizations with tactical plans for innovation and governance. The Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology (ICIT), in partnership with the MFGS, Inc., is hosting the 2022 ICIT Spring Briefing, bringing together policy and technical subject matter experts from the US Government, industry, and academia to discuss successes and learnings and how to shift your organization's strategy into actionable game plans.
With the pace of technology advances and evolving threat landscapes, critics argue that strategic planning is no longer a relevant activity. However, strategy is an essential function of all leaders as you develop and achieve your organization’s goals. Lack of focus and inconsistent strategy adoption decreases the effectiveness of a response to an event. All leaders have an obligation to develop a strategic game plan to mitigate and prevent incidents that damage your organization’s reputation and partnerships.
Our industry experts will share their experiences and perspectives developing and implementing strategic plans and guide you through the process of creating an effective game plan for your organization.
