US Marshals Service Special Operations Group Catering Industry Day

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) Office of Procurement (OOP) and Special Operations Group (SOG) invites your firm to participate in the USMS SOG Catering Industry Day being held on Thursday June 23, 2022 from 9:00am (CT) to 4:30pm (CT). The Industry Day will be conducted in person at the SOG Headquarters (HQ) located on “F” Street, Camp Beauregard, Pineville, LA.

The purpose of the Catering Industry Day is to obtain information on potential vendors who can provide catering services for training events being held at SOG. Most of these events will include 20-30 participants and will last 7 to 10 days. Once a year, there will be a larger SOG training session with approximately 65 to 100 participants lasting approximately four (4) weeks. Additionally, there are other groups within the USMS, as well as other agencies, that may use the facilities for their training programs throughout the year. These events will last anywhere from 7 to 21 days and accommodate 20 to 50 participants. The potential vendor will need to provide up to three (3) meals per day depending on the schedule being provided using the kitchen and serving area provided by SOG.

Potential areas to be discussed with vendors will be:

• Examples of weekly food menus
• Ability to provide two main course options
• Ability to transport food/drinks to ranges and provide services at ranges (this includes all products and equipment)
• Ability to adjust to the numbers of SOG participants quickly and effectively
• Required lead time for vendor so services can be provided
