Public safety recruitment and hiring is a significant concern nationwide, with agencies struggling to maintain basic operations due to staffing shortages across public safety. While many agencies are desperately searching for innovative and successful recruiting strategies to attract and hire employees through external methods, this webinar will discuss an internal evidence-based approach on how to gauge what attracted, and ultimately led to the successful hiring of, police cadets at the Charleston Police Department.
