We have a dynamic agenda with a mix of nationally known experts and practitioners working narcotics trafficking in North & South Carolina. We will have a case study of the Pulse Nightclub Shooting from two Orlando Police Officers who responded to the scene. North Carolina Department of Public Safety Secretary Eddie Buffaloe will share his experiences in building bridges between law enforcement and communities.

We will build on our successful use of breakout sessions tailored to specific tools of the narcotics officers’ trade.
