INDUSTRY DAY - Chief Joseph Dam Powerhouse Freight and Passenger Elevators

The United States Army Corps of Engineers - Seattle District (NWS) is hosting an Industry Day on 06 December 2022 to provide additional information and seek potential offeror input on the upcoming powerhouse elevators replacement values at approximately $5,000,000. This scheduled Industry Day will provide the only opportunity for a site visit to get an overview of the elevators project at the Dam.

Please advise the Contract Specialist Geraldine.L.Kemp@usace.army.mil and Project Manager Mamie Brouwer (Mamie.S.Brouwer@usace.army.mil) of your plan to attend the Industry Day no later than 18 November 2022 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Late respondents, those not pre-registered, or those not providing the correct information will not be granted access to the site. Participation is limited to two representatives from each interested entity.

Additionally, please respond to the questions provided in the attached document titled: "RSVP Chief Joseph Dam – Powerhouse Freight and Passenger Elevators Replacement Questionnaire". All Industry Day attendees may submit answers to the questions via e-mail. Answers may also be provided to the Government point of contact via e-mail prior to the Industry Day.

ATTENDING THE INDUSTRY DAY IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SINCE IT IS UNLIKELY THAT AN ADDITIONAL SITE VISIT WILL BE OFFERED. The industry day is open to the vendor community of prime contractors and significant subcontractors who plan to submit a proposal on the work described in the draft specifications.

The Industry Day Event will take place on 06 December 2022 from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. at Chief Joseph Dam, Bridgeport, Washington.
