When the team was asked to increase the speed of its audits, they used a few key Google Tools that would tie into their existing systems while providing real time tracking, faster responses, a central and individually customized dashboard and even added some "nudge" theory. The result: Audit Recommendation Closure Rate Light-Speed achieved!
Using tools like Google Workspace, AppSheets and Data Studio, Tushar Dighe, the Chief Information Officer of UNOPS, has developed a solution to track audit progress among the various stakeholders across the UNOPs organization.
