Our Trainer: Antoinette Paytas Antoinette is a specialist in the field of United States export controls, international trade, and investment law, as she provides legal counsel to a number of leading computer, semiconductor, software, defense, medical devise, aerospace, scientific instrument, and telecommunications companies. Recently she has conducted ITAR audits of defense company in support of settlement agreement with the State Department�s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, counseled on implementation of export compliance programs, led internal investigations regarding potential violations of trade sanctions, performed compliance audits and assisted with implementation of export compliance programs, and assisted with obtaining re-export licenses for U.S. Origin equipment to countries subject to trade sanction.
