Draft Pre-Solicitation OHR Modernization Program (System Integrator)

The purpose of the OHR Modernization Program Pre-Solicitation Conference is to promote competition by providing industry a better understanding of the upcoming procurement; provide industry a networking opportunity to build teaming arrangements; and provide an opportunity for the government to introduce preliminary aspects of the procurement prior to releasing a formal solicitation. Participation in the OHR Modernization Program Pre-Solicitation Conference does not ensure or commit participation in future solicitations or contract awards.

Location: The pre-solicitation conference will be held virtually from 18-20 July 2023 through MS Teams Events. Interested parties shall send an email to OHR_MOD_PMO@dodiis.mil. Details of the Pre-solicitation Conference will be provided to interested parties by 17 July 2023, in the registration confirmation email.

Limitations: The presentation will be classified up to UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY. The Government kindly request no more than four (4) streaming participants from each company attend. This does not limit the number of persons in a room, only the number of logged in participants from your company at one time. Participants are expected to provide their Name and Company when logging into the MS Teams event. The presentation is NOT releasable to foreign nationals. Attendance will be limited to those interested participants registered to attend. Attendance at the pre-solicitation conference is recommended; however, attendance is neither required nor a prerequisite for a future proposal submission and will not be considered in any subsequent evaluation. Information made available at the pre-solicitation conference, formally or informally, may not be made available via SAM.gov. There is no expectation that any materials resulting from the pre-solicitation conference will be formally distributed.

Registration Instructions: Registration is required to participate in the OHR Modernization Program the number of attendees based on available space. UNREGISTERED INDIVIDUALS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED to participate in the conference. Companies interested in attending shall send an email to the OHR_MOD_PMO@dodiis.mil and provide the following information:
1. Company Name
2. Names of attendees
3. Email addresses for up to four participants
4. Identify any Subcontractors who may be in attendance with your team
5. Subcontract managers contact information (will be published)

Interested Party List: The Government intends to release the list of companies that participated in the Pre-Solicitation Conference along with the subcontract manager’s information.
