Colón-López is completing his final months as SEAC, a position he has held since 2019. We’ll discuss his tenure, his accomplishments in the seat, and the impact he's had on the total enlisted force and their families.

SEAC is the most senior enlisted service member in the United States Armed Forces, and the principal military advisor to the Chairman on all matters involving joint and combined Total Force integration, utilization, health of the force, and joint development for enlisted personnel. Colón-López is the first Airman to hold the title.
