We’ll discuss recent False Claims Act cases focusing on cybersecurity, the latest on the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program, and the FAR Council’s two new proposed cybersecurity rules: “Cyber Threat and Incident Reporting and Information Sharing” and “Standardizing Cybersecurity Requirements for Unclassified Federal Information Systems.”
