Description:

This session will focus on the contract closeout process and can’t-miss steps! Participants will leave better prepared to lead on closeouts in their organizations, from verifying that contractual obligations have been met to the final reconciliation of payments and invoices. Additionally, this session will explore real-world examples and help to define and execute a closeout process to tackle closeout backlogs and put completed contracts on the shelf with a tidy bow.
