Digital Transformation Summit 2024: Digital Government for ALL - Tackling Bias While We Transform Service to Citizens

Government and industry leaders are embracing an accelerated pace of Change. Digital Transformation is an approach they use to identify potential disruptions, create or modify status quo business processes, work culture, and customer experience, to meet the evolving challenges and promote used in government and industry to create or modify the status quo business processes, work culture, and customer experience to meet he evolving challenges and promote efficiency in operations, productivity and resiliency. Many times, this involves new ways of thinking, experimentation and potentially failures, along with thinking about “outside of the box” ideas.

This year, ACT-IAC and Carahsoft are collaborating on the fourth Digital Transformation Summit. The focus of this Summit will be on where Digital Transformation is today and how do we can accelerate transition from existing legacy applications to new innovative technologies. In addition, the session presenters will focus their comments on equity, accessibility, customer experience, selection of new technology, along implications on workforce, requirement for data quality, and developing a Federal Digital Roadmap to a successful outcome.
