Federal agencies are transforming their workforces, emphasizing diversity and creating opportunities that draw upon the strengths and lived experience of all Americans. And the agencies are adopting new technologies that enhance employees’ work environments and experiences, whether it’s adapting quickly to the need to shift to work-from-home strategies during the pandemic, new tools to streamline outdated bureaucratic processes, or pursuing initiatives to improve cybersecurity and protect employees’ personal information.

This event will take an in-depth look at how agencies are embracing the diversity of their employees and the role technology is playing in supporting them in the workplace.
