Recognizing the major role the Middle East region is having in the air cargo industry the 7th World Cargo Symposium will continue the story of the previous editions in Doha, Qatar on 12 -14 March 2013.
This seventh edition will be hosted by Qatar Airways, a leading carrier in the Gulf region!
Action for Sustainability will be the theme for next edition. This echoes feedback IATA received from industry leaders, speakers and delegates that attended our last event in Kuala Lumpur: our industry needs long-term strategies and investment for a sustainable development. To that ends, the focus of the 7th World Cargo Symposium will be on building the future of our industry through modernization programs, the development of our people, our carbon footprint, our social responsibility and the economic impact of air freight to the world.
