Annual Acquisition Symposium

The Procurement Division will hold their Annual Acquisition Symposium which draws in members from all committees and top industry and government speakers and panelists to discuss current issues facing the defense industrial base and network on current challenges facing the acquisition and procurement community.

This year's theme is "Framework for Success" and includes subtopics such as The Shrinking Environment and the Future of Defense Contractors: Sequestration and Budget Cuts, Working Together in a Challenging Environment - EU/UK Procurement, and Contract and Acquisition Management: Subcontracting Challenges.

REGISTRATION

Online registration Cut-off: Thursday, January 10, 2013. After this date, registrations will be processed onsite.

Registration Fee: $375
Includes breakfast, AM/PM breaks, luncheon with speaker, and networking reception. 

Cancellation Fee: $50

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration and receive a partial refund, minus the $50 cancellation/processing fee, if submitted by COB Thursday, January 10, 2013.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

The group room block is Saturday, January 12 - Thursday, January 17, 2013. Individuals are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

The hotel will still take reservations for the group at the reduced rate up until the start of the symposium based upon room availability for those who use the group code when making their reservation, NDIA ACQ Symposium. It is still recommended that rooms be reserved by the cut-off date.
