Barbara Kinosky, Esq. is the President of Centre Consulting, Inc. and the managing partner in Centre Law Group. She has over twenty years of experience in federal government contracts. Prior to establishing Centre Consulting, Inc. and Centre Law, Barbara was the head of a government contracts practice group at a major law firm. Barbara is a frequent author and lecturer. She oversees operations of the consulting and training practice groups at Centre. James (Jim) Phillips, Esq. is the Executive Vice President of Centre Consulting, Inc. and a partner in Centre Law Group. Jim is a nationally known expert in both GSA and VA Federal Supply Schedules. Jim oversees Centre�s GSA and VA Schedules practice group. Jim has thirty years of federal government contracting experience. Additionally, Jim is a practicing federal contracts attorney with the Centre Law Group, which represents federal contractors in all federal contracting matters and arenas.
