NSA Acquisition/Industry Partnership Exchange
NAIPE is NOT a business development effort, rather it is designed to give industry the opportunity to meet with various Agency organizations and discuss specific issues they are experiencing while contracting with the NSA.
The Exchange will consist of six breakout sessions in the following areas:
- Export Control / ITAR Issues: To include discussion of issues related to export of technical data and/or defense services including ITAR, Export Administration Regulation, and Arms Export Control Act.
- Contracting Issues: Discussion of a wide variety of contracting issues including, but not limited to: contract types, solicitation development, award fees, timelines, set-asides etc.
- Contractor Clearances / Security Issues: An update and discussion of security programs, policies and procedures including , but not limited to: SCIF issues, personnel clearances, and use of CCAs on classified contracts.
- Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI): A discussion of the legal and procurement ramifications surrounding recent legislation and DFAR changes related to OCI.
- The Acquisition Resource Center (ARC): Discussion of a wide range of ARC policies and procedures such as access, market surveys, and other information access as well as an update on expanding the ARC throughout the IC.
- Small Business and Industry Outreach (PISA, NSETSII, Infrastructure CPRL, OSBP): Updates by PISA, NSETS and BA Infrastructure CPRL Program Managers as well as the Office of Small Business Programs.
