The ACT-IAC Management of Change (MOC) theme for 2013 is Partnership – Change in Action. MOC will focus on how collaboration between government and industry can provide innovative solutions to current and upcoming challenges within the public sector.

This year's tracks will focus on:

The Power of Innovation – This track will explore both new and innovative technologies along with new approaches to innovation. Sessions could include topics such as big data, mobility, and innovative international approaches to technology.

Drivers and Government Priorities – This track will go into detail about the technology and mission goals of the government. In addition, it will provide valuable information about Congressional IT priorities. In addition, Health IT will be explored.

Applications and Mission – This track will delve into issues around Federal government mission and applications. It addition, it will explore the future of acquisitions and OMB priorities.
