IBM is seeking a PeopleSoft Payroll Senior Consultant

Job Description:

The PeopleSoft (PS) Payroll Senior Consultant is responsible for the design, build and deployment of a Personnel and Pay system

Required skills:

- Working experience in PeopleSoft 9.1 Global Payroll and Absence Management implementations and upgrades.

- Expert in Pay and Leave core capabilities of PS HCM 9.1 and good knowledge of other HCM modules.

- Functional knowledge of PS Employee/Manager Self Services

- 5 years of experience in HCM related modules

- At least 3 end-to-end PeopleSoft projects at least one of which in Global Payroll and at least 3 years in a similar role and at least 5 years of experience in IT.

- Business Process Re/Design experience – at least 3 years experience

Nice to have skills:

- Expert in US Air Force Personnel and/or Pay business processes and systems

- Working knowledge of US Air Force legacy systems and data flows

- 5 years of experience in US Air Force A1 or FM process analysis

Job Duties:

• Review functional requirements and document functional designs (25%)
• Work with IBM and Client business team to conduct blueprinting workshops to clarify functional requirements and decompose requirements into comprehensive detailed designs/prototypes (40%)
• Configure conference room pilots and conduct demos/walk throughs to illustrate designs and gain client buy-in and feedback (35%)

Required

High School Diploma/GED

At least 6 months experience in Knowledge of v9.1 HCM Profile Management

At least 6 months experience in Previous DoD HR or DIMHRS project work experience

Basic knowledge in US Air Force process or legacy system knowledge

Readiness to travel Up to 3 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)

English: Basic knowledge

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree

At least 1 year experience in Knowledge of v9.1 HCM Profile Management
