SO/LIC Division Executive Breakfast - Maj Gen John Borling, USAF (Ret)

Maj Gen John Borling, USAF (Ret), is a Fighter Pilot, Diplomat, Civic Leader, sought-after Speaker, Businessman, CEO of SOS America and a Poet. A Chicago native and 10 year Rockford resident, his 37 year military career saw world wide service in high level command and staff positions. General Borling graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy and National War College. He is a White House Fellow and a Trustee of the Lincoln Academy of Illinois. Highly decorated, General Borling was a POW for 6 1/2 years in North Vietnam. He has flown many aircrafts including the F15 Eagle, the F16 Viper, the F4 Phantom, the B1 and B52.
