Bonnie James Bonnie James is the president and co-founder of Advanced Reading Concepts, Inc. Advanced Reading Concepts conducts reading and information processing courses and seminars for government agencies, the military, and corporations. Bonnie has taught frequent courses for the Air Force Research Laboratories, the National Air and Space Intelligence Center, NASA Glenn Research Center, the Army at Raven Rock Mountain Complex, the Strategic Operations Command and Special Warfare Center and School at Ft Bragg and the US Marine Corp intelligence training schools.
