Social Media — Get Ready to Analyze and Engage

Social Media — Get Ready to Analyze and Engage: July 16th

Governments all over the world are taking advantage of social media in new and interesting ways. With nearly all government agencies and departments having a Twitter or Facebook account, the focus is no longer on employing social media; it's on using these outlets effectively.

It's not enough to just post a link to a news article or press release - government needs to interact with the public for a truly transparent dialogue. This session will discuss how government is leveraging these tools to communicate and drive awareness with their constituent base.
