February 9-12, 2025, NCMA's Nexus will be at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, CA to convene the entire acquisition team to support our mission to advance contract management’s nexus with related acquisition communities.

The GEOINT Symposium, which began in 2004, is the largest annual gathering of geospatial intelligence—and possibly intelligence—professionals in the nation. With an average total attendance of more than 3,000, the event is a unique and unparalleled opportunity to speak to your extended constituency spanning government, military, the contractor community, and academia. 

The primary objective of the Aerospace Medical Association’s Annual Scientific Meeting. Designed from meeting evaluation forms, periodic surveys, and abstracts submitted, our meeting provides the latest results in sessions designed for aerospace medicine professionals under ONE roof. The scientific program will benefit residents, medical and graduate students, and advanced undergraduates who have an interest in aerospace medicine. Professional development and the other core competencies as outlined by the American Board of Preventive Medicine will be highlighted throughout the meeting. Continuing education credits are available for participants. The AsMA is international in both membership and scope of interest, providing opportunities to connect and exchange ideas with some of the world’s foremost medical specialists and internationally renowned scientists in the field of Aerospace Medicine and Human Performance. Aerospace medicine is truly multi-disciplinary and international. Our Annual Scientific Meeting presentations come from diverse experts who will enhance the world’s knowledge and understanding of the current challenges in Aerospace Medicine and demonstrate an impact on improving the health, safety, and human performance of those involved in aviation, space, and extreme environments. Our annual scientific meeting presents an opportunity to learn about the work of our colleagues from around the world, to share the knowledge and wisdom which we gain in our day-to-day work and practice, and is a great way to expand the overall community of aerospace medicine.

TechNet Augusta gives participants the opportunity to examine and explore the intricacies of the cyber domain. With assistance from the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence and industry experts, the conference is designed to open the lines of communication and facilitate networking, education and problem solving. Leaders and operators also discuss procurement challenges the military, government and industry face during a time of uncertain budgets and runaway technology advances.

 The NGAUS General Conference is the Association’s annual business meeting. Army and Air National Guard officers from all 50 states, three territories and the District of Columbia gather to network, set their legislative agenda and hear from America’s civilian and military leaders. Family members, industry representatives and local officials also attend. 

Recent speakers include congressional leaders, cabinet-level secretaries, Army and Air Force secretaries and chiefs, and other senior Pentagon officials.

NGAUS will hold a trade show in conjunction with the conference featuring products and services from more than 300 companies or organizations.

Primary social events include the Governor’s Reception, Hospitality Night and the States Dinner. Other events include golf tournaments, a Fun Run, mixers and luncheons.

TechNet Indo-Pacific is co-sponsored by AFCEA International and AFCEA Hawaii. It is the largest event in the Pacific Rim focusing on regional defense issues. Keynote speakers, panel moderators and panelists will discuss defense policies and challenges in the Indo- Pacific region and their relevance to both industry and government. Industry exhibitors will demonstrate products and solutions to meet the services' requirements and needs.
