NCMA’s new SubCon Training Workshops (SubCon) event is designed to provide targeted subcontracting training by industry and government instructors and practitioners. SubCon consists of four half-day workshops. Attend one, two, three, or all four—depending on your training needs and budget. The six training sessions within each workshop include unique presentations covering essential topics related to subcontracting.
