2014 AAFEA Training Workshop: Leading People

AAFEA, Inc. invites you to attend our 2014 Training Workshop: Leading Change, September 8th and 9th, 2014 at the Department of State's George C. Marshall Conference Center in Washington DC.

This event features a three-track curriculum focusing on the programs, policies, practices, and processes that promote career-enhancing opportunities and the core subjects critical for becoming a member of the SES. Topics include:

Mentoring
Prepare for the Executive Interview
Conflict Management
Creating Parity for Women

Workshop attendees may also register for the optional SES Dinner on Monday, September 8, 2014. This event provides an exclusive opportunity for workshop attendees to receive suggestions about their own career paths and network with peers and SES members in a relaxed environment.

The workshop is intended for government employees and military personnel with experience at the GS-13 and above level (or equivalent experience outside the federal government). AAFEA membership is not required to attend the workshop.

Attendees must register in advance in order to attend. Registration closes on September 2nd, 2014; there will be no onsite registration.
