Using Cloud Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Monitoring SLA Performance Training Workshop
This event qualifies for .7 CEUs
This event qualifies for 7 CPEs
Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are important to clearly set expectations for service between the cloud consumer (buyer) and the cloud provider (seller). Each cloud entity engaged by the enterprise should have a cloud SLA defined, including: cloud provider, cloud carrier, cloud broker and even cloud auditor. This workshop provides a practical reference to help enterprise information technology (IT) and business decision makers as they analyze and consider service level agreements (SLA) from different cloud service providers. This Potomac Forum Training Workshop will give guidance to decision makers on what to expect and what to be aware of as they evaluate SLAs from their cloud computing providers.
We realize that you need the cloud to run your agency or business. The Service Level Agreement is designed to give you the up-time, response and latency guarantees that keep you doing what you do best.
Using Cloud Computing to Transform Government is a one-day, in-depth, educational program for Government Executives, Managers, Program Managers and Staff & Industry Partners.
This event is not a vendor oriented conference, but a course that provides practical information for the Government and Industry on agency cloud reference implementations, insight on using cloud to innovate and what agency leaders should be doing now.
