Employee Engagement - Improving Agency Rankings on the Best Places to Work List and Your Agency FEVS Scores Training Workshop

The White House set a goal of raising the government wide engagement score to 67% by the 2016 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey. 

This workshop is designed to help Federal leaders understand how to effectively cultivate a culture of engagement that connects each employee to the mission of their organization through engagement and excellence in order to lead to higher organizational performance, employee empowerment and an effective performance based culture.
