This event is hosted by Tableau and sponsored by the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) as part of the Technology Today Series (TTS). DIR will award continuing education credits.

 

This one-day educational event explores which trends are poised to fundamentally shift Business Intelligence (BI) in the coming year and how you can take advantage of these changes.

 

Whether you're a data analyst, IT manager, or government executive, it is critical to understand the fundamental shift in modern business intelligence solutions and how it can help you see and understand your data like never before.


The event is open to any public sector staff. There is no cost to attend.

 

Attendees will:

  • Understand best practices and lessons learned through short presentations from a number State of Texas agencies that are currently using and implementing modern business intelligence solutions
  • Participate in networking breaks, speak with technology vendors and service delivery partners that enable agencies to develop successful plan to get started or accelerate their current plans
  • Experience Tableau product education and demonstrations
