Gold Sponsorship - Top Sponsor (limited to 1 sponsor): $9000
Benefits Include:

 - Company description (300 words) and logo in Onsite Agenda. 
 - Company logo on promotional signage at the event. 
 - Company Literature to be distributed to conference attendees at registration 
   (company provides up to 300 literature inserts). 
 - Company logo on all e-mail confirmations for all registered attendees. 
 - Podium name recognition by NDIA during the Opening General Session. 
 - Verbal recognition by NDIA in the general session. 
 - Four (4) complimentary full conference registrations for the event.

Silver Sponsor - Opening Reception (limited to 1 sponsor): $7000
This is a great opportunity to highlight your company’s name as the Silver Sponsor. 
Benefits Include: 
 - Company logo and link to your company on event web site. 
 - Company description (300 words) and logo in Onsite Agenda. 
 - Verbal company name recognition by NDIA during the reception.

Bronze Sponsorship - (limited to 2 sponsors): $6000
This is a great opportunity to highlight your company as the Bronze Sponsor, during the networking breaks as the morning & afternoon sponsor. Your company will be featured during the breaks, when attendees refill their coffee cups, before for the next round of sessions. 
Benefits include: 
 - Company logo and link to your company home page on event web-site 
 - Company logo and (100 word) description in the conference Agenda. 
 - Sponsor Ribbons on designated badges. 
 - Event specific (2) recognition Sponsor signs in the break area. 
 - One (1) complimentary full conference registration for the event. 
 - Company logo on the entrance unit.

Attendee Tote Bag or Padfolio Sponsor - (limited to 1 sponsor): $5000
These popular tote bags or padfolios are reusable, and will be distributed to each attendee as they pick up their badge onsite. These tote bags are carried throughout the entire event with your company’s promotional item inside and logo on the front. This gives you a great advertising exposure both during and after the conference. 
Benefits Include: 
 - Company logo and link to your company on event web site. 
 - Company logo in Onsite Agenda. 
 - Tote bags with company name or logo distributed to each attendee at registration 
    when they pick up their bag. 
 - Promotional item distributed to conference attendees inside the tote bags 
   (sponsor provides up to 300 promotional items).

Tuesday Lunch Sponsorship - (limited to 1 sponsor): $4000
This offers a great opportunity to network during the lunch break during the conference. 
Benefits include: 
 - Specific table tent signage in the lunch area on each table. 
 - Company logo and link to your company on event web site. 
 - Event specific signage and on the exhibit hall entrance unit. 
 - Sponsor ribbons on company conference badges.

Lanyard Sponsor - (limited to 1 sponsor): $3000
This popular high exposure sponsorship is the first impression of the event and seen all day during the entire conference. 
Benefits include: 
 - Company logo and link to your company on event web site. 
 - Company logo on promotional signage at the Registration area onsite. 
 - Lanyards will be distributed by NDIA to up to 300 attendees (Sponsor provides the 
    300 lanyards.) 
 - Sponsor ribbon on company conference badges.

Literature Insert - (limited to 5 sponsors): $500
One page company promotional flyer (up to 300 flyers) inserted into attendee tote bag (only if there is a tote bag sponsorship) or handed out to all the attendees at registration, and is a great way to promote a new product or service. 
 - Sponsor provides the promotional flyer or items to be given away.

Promotional Give Away Items - (limited to 5 sponsors): $500 Marketing Fee
A great way to brand your company name by giving away promotional items or merchandise during the event. This sponsorship keeps on giving, as items are reused well after the conference. 
Benefits Include: 
 - Company name or logo on promotional give away bins in the front registration area. 
 - Up to 200 promotional items with your company logo (provided by company) to 
   be distributed to attendees.

**Above sponsorship opportunities are based on 200 to 300 attendees for this event.
