Extra Company Reps
Each Virtual Marketing Service Package includes 2 company rep passes with access to the exhibit/networking area as well as presentation sessions and participation in Q&A portions of presentations. Passes include 30 days of post-event access to the content and exhibit areas.

There is no fee for additional company reps to man your virtual booth for this event (no access to sessions). To register additional reps, please contact your FBC Account Manager.

Deadlines
To be listed in the AFCEA Belvoir Industry Days Conference Event Guide and on the Mobile App, FBC must receive your exhibit listing, logo and all virtual booth deliverables no later than November 2, 2020. Certain sponsorships have different logo deadlines, please speak with your FBC Account Manager if you have any questions about your logo and description deadline.
