Virginia School Response Conference 2012

Participate as one of our exhibitor or sponsor to the SCHOOL RESPONSE CONFERENCE 2012 on April 5-6, 2012 in Virginia.  The event will bring together school officers, administrators, first responders, school safety experts, school organizations, and industry executives  to highlight recent advances of the school safety system. We are expecting institutions representing K12, higher education, community colleges and universities, and state agencies to participate as well.

All participating vendors and partners will be listed in the materials provided to the conference attendees. We have focused all of the breaks around the vendor displays to provide for multiple opportunities to get the conference attendees into the display area.

Each Exhibiting booth is comprised of a 10’ x 10’ space and will include one 3’ x 6’ table with draping, a chair for each person you indicated was attending with you, and an ID sign. For sponsorship space  you are allowed to bring in your customized booth.

The exhibitor /sponsorship booth will be located in the main conference room. This is where all conference refreshments breaks and the vendor reception will be held. Please visit the conference web site at www.eve-ex.com for more information on the conference.
